The desire to live life to the fullest greets Rich each morning. Living by the mantra “put your money where your love is” Rich works to live, love, and make the most of life by spending time with his wife, two college-age sons, and young daughter. Rich uses his past experience as a Finance Director to focus on how to provide exceptional service while listening intently to his customers’ needs and wants. Rich’s passions include playing his guitar and singing locally with his girls by his side and traveling with his family to embrace his love of music. A native of New York and avid hockey player, Rich traded his skates and the snow for the Florida sun, and a chance to live his dreams of a life filled with family, love, and music. We are fortunate to have someone who works diligently to help our customers protect their families while leading his best life and embracing his passions.
I’m a native Floridian and Hobe Sound local resident. Being a husband and father of three lovely children we fully enjoy the Florida lifestyle of fun in the sun. Growing up in this area I’ve been through every minor and major storm you can name. Also being an actual customer myself converted to an employee, I can say confidently that working with O’Donnell has been nothing but a blessing because now I can educate and provide protection for everyone not just my own family.

Southern Hospitality is the cornerstone of Alex Sanders business. He is passionate about being a local source of knowledge and assistance in helping people protect their homes with windows, doors and accordion shutters. Alex spent his childhood in Mississippi working with his father in manufacturing where he learned the importance of honest hard work and integrity. He started out at O’Donnell Storm Protection working with our installers out on the jobs, assisting with job management and organization. His thorough knowledge of O’Donnell’s products allows him to extensively educate his customers. Growing up in Mississippi also allowed Alex to experience his fair share of terrifying storms, including Hurricane Katrina. He understands how important keeping one’s family safe and secure is, as he is a devoted family man himself with two young children and a loving wife. In his free time, Alex enjoys riding dirt bikes and spending time on the water with his family.
I was born in New York and I moved to Stuart FL when I was 6 years old. I graduated from South Fork High School, and I consider myself to be a native Floridian. I love Fishing, golfing, and all out outdoor activities. It has always been my nature to help others, and with 8 years of experience in the customer service industry, my passion for serving and pleasing others has brought me great satisfaction. Having been a client of O’Donnell, I saw first hand how professional our sales specialist conducted himself, let alone how hard working and eager to please he was. I knew that I felt a connection, and that being a sales specialist for O’Donnell would be a career and a niche for me.
